How can talking therapy help you? As a counselling psychologist my aim is to alleviate your emotional distress and promote your wellbeing through exploration and empowerment. Although I have a solid understanding of mental health diagnoses, my role is to understand your cultural, social, physical and spiritual experiences as opposed to labelling you.
