About Me
Experience
Aside from private practice, I currently work for The East London NHS Foundation Trust (ELFT) as a highly specialist counselling psychologist supporting cancer patients and their relatives. I also regularly volunteer on a national bereavement helpline, 'ask the expert' service for a cervical cancer charity and as a clinical supervisor for a national charity helpline.
Prior to working for ELFT I have worked at The Royal Marsden Hospital, local hospices, a GP surgery, other NHS hospitals as well as within the private and voluntary sectors. I have had various roles in teaching and consultancy throughout the years.
Although I am qualified to work with a wide range of issues, I have a special interest in long-term health conditions, palliative care and bereavement.
